Bubble Day is a fun-filled outdoor event for children featuring the physics of soap bubbles. Various activity stations allow children to experiment with bubble sizes, walls, shapes, and colors.

Summer Science for Kids and Space Venture are learning day-camps for children. Programs vary but generally include chemistry, electricity & magnetism, and rockets. SpaceVenture includes simulated space missions.

Dinosaur Day is an outdoor family day dedicated to fossils and paleontology. Under the guidance of real dinosaur hunters, children search for real fossils and take part in numerous dinosaur activities and crafts.

The George & Judy Dishman Lecture Series features a presentation on a current science topic of popular interest.
